Project Overview

This month, Pixels2Pixels Studio had the privilege of participating in French VR Week, a premier international event that brings together global leaders in immersive technology. The event served as a platform for industry pioneers, developers, and cultural institutions to exchange ideas and showcase innovations in VR, AR, and immersive storytelling.

From networking with XR industry experts to presenting our latest work, this experience reinforced our commitment to pushing the boundaries of VR and AR development. Events like French VR Week highlight how immersive storytelling can connect cultures, preserve history, and create impactful digital experiences.

Honored to Showcase Our Work Alongside Global Icons

A major highlight of the event was the presentation of our 360 and full PC VR interactive experience of the Šabac Fortress, featured alongside some of the most iconic VR projects in cultural preservation, including:

• “Eternal Notre-Dame” – A virtual reconstruction of one of France’s most treasured landmarks.
• TARGO’s “Rebuilding Notre-Dame” – A documentary-style VR experience chronicling the restoration of the cathedral.
• Ubisoft’s “Notre-Dame Passing Through Time” – A deep dive into the evolution of Notre-Dame, built from extensive historical research.

Being featured alongside these globally recognized projects is a major milestone for Serbian VR innovation, demonstrating the role of Pixels2Pixels Studio in shaping the future of cultural heritage experiences. It was also an honor to see Miloš Tasić’s “ONEIRO” project represent Serbian creativity on an international stage.
