Project Overview

When Microsoft challenged ArtEnergy to produce a high-impact promotional video for Azure RTOS with an ultra-fast turnaround, Pixels2Pixels Studio was brought in to handle 3D animation, motion graphics, and full video production. The goal was to create a visually stunning, fast-paced, and emotionally engaging video, seamlessly blending stock footage, vector graphics, and a custom 3D animated Earth while keeping everything in sync with the soundtrack.

Under Sergey’s creative direction and storyboard, our team managed every stage of the video production process, from editing and animation to final post-production. Using DaVinci Resolve, we ensured flawless color grading, transitions, and final composition.

Our Approach

3D Earth Animation & Motion Graphics

• Designed a high-quality, detailed 3D model of Earth in Autodesk Maya, animating rotations and lighting effects to fit the video’s futuristic theme.
• Created smooth, high-resolution motion graphics in After Effects, integrating them with the live-action footage.

Seamless Editing & Story-Driven Production

• Edited the entire video in DaVinci Resolve, ensuring cohesive storytelling, dynamic pacing, and seamless transitions.
• Used stock footage selectively, blending it with our custom animations and graphics to maintain consistency.
• Followed Sergey’s storyboard, providing step-by-step scene breakdowns and real-time adjustments via StoryBoom.

Precision Execution & Rapid Turnaround

• Delivered the final video on time, meeting Microsoft’s speed-of-light execution requirement without compromising quality.
